Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the F7 AI Workforce Intelligence Platform (the "Service") provided by F7 Platform, Inc. ("F7," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
F7 provides a workforce intelligence platform that observes work-pattern metadata to help organizations understand AI adoption and workforce productivity. The Service includes:
- A device agent that captures work-pattern metadata
- A controller that processes metadata and computes analytics
- Dashboards for management and IT/security stakeholders. An individual-employee personal dashboard is planned and not part of the current Service scope.
2. Account and Access
- Customer account: The organization deploying F7 is responsible for managing user access, roles, and permissions.
- Authorized use: You may only use the Service for its intended purpose: workforce analytics within your organization.
- Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and admin API keys.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to monitor personal activity outside of work
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the agent software
- Circumvent security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions
- Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Share access credentials with unauthorized parties
4. Data Ownership
- Your data: You retain ownership of all data collected by the F7 agent from your organization's devices. F7 processes this data as a service provider on your behalf.
- Aggregated data: F7 may use anonymized, aggregated data (from which no individual or organization can be identified) to improve the Service and publish industry benchmarks.
5. Privacy
Our collection and use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the agent software, controller, dashboards, scoring algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of F7 Platform, Inc. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any F7 intellectual property.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, F7's total liability for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
F7 is not liable for:
- Decisions made based on F7 analytics (scores are advisory, not determinative)
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify F7 against claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, including claims related to deployment without appropriate employee notification.
10. Term and Termination
- Term: These Terms apply for the duration of your subscription.
- Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
- Effect of termination: Upon termination, F7 will delete your data within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law or agreed in the DPA.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
