What Is F7?
F7 is a workforce transformation platform that observes how teams work with AI — and continuously coaches them to work better. Organizations use F7 to measure AI adoption across their workforce, develop individual capabilities through 24/7 automated coaching, and make data-driven decisions about where to invest, elevate, and redeploy. The coaching engine runs autonomously on every device; no HR program management required.
